MDT Design Build reimagined this waterfront residence as a modern-island retreat for discerning owners. A reconfigured great room opens fully to the lanai and water, with custom wood screens and rich millwork adding warmth. The chef’s kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, natural-stone counters, integrated appliances, and layered LED lighting. In the primary suite, a tray ceiling with perimeter valance and built-ins leads to a spa bath with frameless shower and freestanding tub; a lava-rock feature wall honors place.
